Online retailers made a fortune by selling low quality merchandise. Catchy names for their websites and a paid commercial that will appear on products search engines – that’s all you need to be noticed.
After that is a piece of cake to get email addresses and flood them with spam mail or even flout your customers.
Onecall.com is one of those online stores that offers low priced products just to attract your attention. if you’ve made the mistake to order from them you’re toasted.
I did order different small items from onecall.com and got the same treatment every time: first of all the guys on onecall.com are asking you to give them a call. hello??? I thought online shopping is well… online, not on the phone…
After a few good minutes of listening to their answering machine, somebody is finally picking up the phone. A short discussion about their email and the lady is giving me the answer before I even tell her my name or the order number: “your order didn’t pass our security requirementsâ€Â. What’s that suppose to mean? Am I their only customer and they were waiting for my call to refuse my order even before knowing who I am? And I weren’t calling from the number I gave them so they couldn’t possible have known who it was…
Anyway, that’s good enough for me to avoid their website from now on… i hope nobody is gonna call you …one call…
“Customer”, Adrian, CUSTOMER, zic, nu “costumer”…hai, o data era gresala de tastare, de doua ori…mdeah… :)
